I need to confess i will be a recovering perfectionist whom familiar with allow my anal retentive nature slow down progress, overwhelm me personally with anxiety, and steer clear of attempting new stuff due to my anxiety about failure. Switching a small Slip-Up into an Epic tragedy
Not so long ago, I experienced a training that is personal whom I’m planning to relate to as Ashley. Ashley had determination that is incredible drive to achieve success, but she made the error of demanding excellence of by herself. Even though she became very upset with herself that she made positive decisions that resulted in pounds lost and increased fitness. The main reason? She consumed a bit of peanut butter fudge at workplace celebration.
